Here's how it works...

You sign up for the Full-access PCS system by clicking here and logging on.  The Victoria Real Estate Board rules require that the realtor authorizes your search, which we will do immediately we see the request (usually within an hour or two) at which point you will get an email confirmation from us, then you can immediately start searching.  The search parameters are easy to use (if you have difficulties, please email or call!).  Although the system assigns a log-in ID and password, you normally don't need it as it is built in to the email link (this is hard to describe but easy to use).  You only need your ID and password if you are at a computer that does not have your email on it, in which case you access this website (www.homesinvictoria.ca) and log in.

You immediately get your own custom webpage showing all the listings that match your specifications, and an easy-to-use point-and-click to get all the details of any listing, including property address, map location, and all the information accessible to a realtor. 

Within minutes of any new listing, or price change, or sale, you get a notification email allowing you access to the new data.

No e-mail? No problem!  I set the system up to page me when a new listing appears that matches your needs, and I can phone you or drop off a copy of the print-out within a few hours!

So instead of having a realtor drag you from house to house wasting your time showing you many homes that don't interest you... Our exclusive Buyer Profile System allows you to pick which homes you want to view before other buyers even know about them.

IMPORTANT NOTES!

This service is only available to clients, or prospective clients, who do not presently have a Victoria realtor.  As you can imagine, we are reluctant to serve other realtor's clients.  If your realtor does not offer this service, you might want to consider a change!

We can offer this service to anyone who wants to test drive it for a few days.  Sooner or later though we will require a phone or email conversation with you, and eventually a face-to-face meeting, to continue the service.

Please keep your search parameters tight!  If you have a very broad search, the system will not accept it when too many matches are generated. 

You can have more than one search.  For example if you don't know whether to buy a condo or a house, enter two searches.
